New York City’s latest luxury residential condominiums are making a case for architecture with a past and a point of view. From the meticulous restoration of a Gilded Age icon to boldly crafted new construction that draws on classical materials and historic precedent, the city's newest condos share a commitment to buildings that look and feel like they belong. Another office-to-residential conversion, the Emmet Building was designed in 1912 by John Stewart Barney and Stockton B. Colt. Pre-war architectural details, along with generous proportions and elegant interiors by Paris Forino complement family-sized residences and amenities catered to kids, pets and parents alike. Sales will launch in early May, except for the Emmet penthouse, which will be released later. When residents start to move in during the spring of 2027, they'll be close to Madison Square Park.
